In this article, the current problem of environmental safety of children in transition is considered. To preserve environmental safety, a program of psychological and pedagogical support was developed. Students of higher educational institutions were selected as the target audience. To develop a program of psychological and pedagogical support using the test base of the study, the main psychological constructs affecting environmental safety were identified. Further, a coping strategy was developed and implemented to determine the level of identified constructs. After collecting basic information, a comprehensive program of psychological and pedagogical support of students in the process of forming a culture of environmental safety was developed.
The northern regions of the Arctic zone of Yakutia of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are the most industrially developed region of the Republic. Tin and tungsten ore deposits were mined in the region from 1938 to 1993. The waste from the ore enrichment of these metals accumulated in tailings ponds in the immediate vicinity of processing plants. The tailing dumps contain components that were not extracted and unclaimed by the industry at that time, and therefore their extraction technology was not developed. They are technogenic deposits of a complex type containing various minerals present in primary ores of various minerals types.

The environmental problem of waste management today is an urgent task for sustainable development in all countries of the world. In this context, responsible production and consumption become one of the main goals of sustainable development. The circular economy model is increasingly recognized as the only solution to the critical situation of natural resource shortage and environmental pollution. Germany, as a developed European country, plays a significant role in international relations. Its successful experience in implementing circular economy principles at the national and federal levels can be useful for the members of the European Union and other countries. The aim of the study is to assess the degree of circular economy implementation in Germany. In the course of the work, the author makes an analysis of the current German legislation on the circular economy; examines the stages of formation, principles of operation and results of development of the waste processing and disposal industry; presents the main indicators of the circular economy implementation. Recommendations for improving Russian legislation taking into account German experience are formulated.
The article discusses current problems and prospects for public administration in the field of natural resource management and environmental protection using the example of the North-Western Interregional Directorate of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources. The authors analyze the current state of affairs in the field of environmental protection, identify the main problems and propose ways to solve them.
