Various sources and ways of financing joint-stock company "Penza production association" Elektropribor" activity are considered in the article. Sources are both external and internal. Various problems of the financing sources formation have been identified and ways of their solution have been proposed.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 474 "On National Development Goals until 2030" (July 21, 2020), Russia has developed a unified plan to achieve them for the period up to 2024 and for the planning period up to 2030. National projects have been identified as the most important tool. The economic growth in the country and the social situation depend on the effective implementation of national projects. In 2021, a number of clarifications and innovations were adopted, which is considered in this paper.

The article examines the economic security of enterprises using the example of JSC «SPA Energomash» under sanctions and limited external funding. The impact of losing foreign contracts, especially with the United States, on the company's financial stability is analyzed. Special attention is given to the need for diversifying international partnerships and strengthening the import substitution policy. The author emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to economic security, including support for domestic production and the search for new markets.
