The article formulates key directions of support and regulation of small and medium business in France. The author gives detailed analysis of legislation features, practice and doctrine of France regarding unfair competition. In conclusion, a comparative table is presented showing key differences in the support and regulation of small businesses in Russia and France.
The article analyzes the degree of influence of the poetic tradition laid down by Mikhail Naumenko on the lyrics of the popular Yuri Loza's album “A Journey to Rock 'n' Roll” compositions aimed at the tastes of the mass listener. The tasks carried out within the framework of the work included a comparison of texts from the album “Journey to Rock and Roll” with the works of Mikhail Naumenko, sustained in a similar style, devoted to similar topics or containing the same poetic techniques, analysis of these texts, identification of similar features, establishment of differences and determining the degree of influence of Mike Naumenko on the work of Yuri Loza. The relevance of the article is due to the increased interest in the life, work and personality of Mikhail Naumenko in recent years, as well as the relatively small amount of scientific research and development devoted to his contribution to the domestic rock culture. In the work on the materials, a combination of typological, sociological and comparative-historical research methods was used.

Currently, in connection with the modern needs of the society, there is a modernization of various fields of activity, including education. To achieve the set goals, it is necessary to improve the forms of organization of the educational process, as indicated by the new federal state educational standards and the national education project, and also to increase the motivation of schoolchildren to learn, introduce new technologies and teaching methods, change the position of the teacher and the student. The purpose of this article is to study active teaching methods taking into account the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard, the specifics of the subject taught, the age characteristics of schoolchildren, the time frame of the school lesson and the possibility of their application in English lessons. In the course of the work, it was found that active teaching methods contribute to the formation of positive learning motivation, develop the creative abilities of students, actively involve students in the educational process, reveal the personal and individual capabilities of students, develop non-standard thinking, increase the cognitive activity of students, allow them to master great volume of material.
