This article describes the main problems of information interaction of the state bodies of social protection of the population and veterans ' organizations. The estimation of Federal target programs in the sphere of improving information, identifies the main problems and perspectives in this area.

: in the article the basic concepts of the problem of training the information culture of students are revealed, beginning from the first class. Specifically, from the first class being studied encounter the enormous volume of information and from as they can in it be oriented it depends their not only successful adaptation to the school, but also further successful instruction as a whole. In the aspect of training the information culture of first-graders are examined also questions of providing information literacy and information safety of schoolboys in the network the Internet.
