From the perspective of the constructivist approach, the concept of "aggression" is viewed, the limits of the concepts "inside" and "outside" are established, their explanatory characteristics are given and the approach to the classification of aggression from the perspective of its impact on personal and professional development is suggested.

The article presents the results of the scientific analysis of dispositions and psychological borders relations of consultative dialogue participants. The conditions of dialogue as an "ideal speech situation", its localization in the "world on the border" and the function of “me” borders in its provision are considered. The author systematizes distortions of dialogue dispositions on the part of the consultant and the client because of their psychological borders dysfunction. She offers conclusions about the need to focus on this phenomenon in the practice of psychological consultations.
