The article describes the modern approach to the formation of social activity of adolescents in secondary school. Initially considered a domestic approach to understanding the social activity of students, such activity was formed in the Soviet era through community service. At the present stage of the formation of social activity more organized system, introduced in educational process of the school in the form of the creation of a public organization, which is to deal with holding fundraisers, creating social projects, systematic assistance to the needy.
The article is devoted to one of the most important issues of the education system, which may be of interest not only to educational institutions of Azerbaijan, but also to everyone who conducts pedagogical activities in any country of the world. The author touches upon the issues of joint activities of the government (projects, inclusive education programs) and teachers and lecturers of educational institutions, which should follow the decisions stipulated in the documents to work effectively, in particular, in the framework of the project “Introduction of inclusive education in primary education” in order to attract disabled children along with other children to joint educational institutions. The article also touches upon the problems of creating projects aimed at giving assistance to parents and teachers who live and work with disabled children. One of the solutions proposed by the scientists of Azerbaijan is to create a personal development plan for children, including rehabilitation measures.
The issues of developing a managerial model for organizing joint parent-child activities in the process of holding children's parties, which is based on the project method, are considered. The stages of the implementation of the model during the children's holidays are formulated. Recommendations on the practical use of the research results are proposed.
The article presents some results of the study of understanding and mutual understanding of teachers and students in the educational process. Mutual understanding is considered as a certain similarity of their ideas about the subject, which is achieved in a situation of direct interaction. The characteristic of mutual understanding of teachers and students is given. The reasons complicating mutual understanding of the parties are revealed. The prerequisites and conditions for achieving mutual understanding of individuals in the classroom are justified.
