The approaches to the definitions of the notion “inclusive culture” are presented. The methods of the formation of preschool and school children’ tolerant attitude to people with special needs are given.
Today, the higher school faces a big task of professional training of future teachers-psychologists for inclusive schools and, of course, the implementation of this task requires the efforts of qualified employees, teachers of higher education, who are able to effectively implement the technology of inclusive education, actively regulate and correct the training of future teachers in an inclusive environment.
The article is devoted to one of the most important issues of the education system, which may be of interest not only to educational institutions of Azerbaijan, but also to everyone who conducts pedagogical activities in any country of the world. The author touches upon the issues of joint activities of the government (projects, inclusive education programs) and teachers and lecturers of educational institutions, which should follow the decisions stipulated in the documents to work effectively, in particular, in the framework of the project “Introduction of inclusive education in primary education” in order to attract disabled children along with other children to joint educational institutions. The article also touches upon the problems of creating projects aimed at giving assistance to parents and teachers who live and work with disabled children. One of the solutions proposed by the scientists of Azerbaijan is to create a personal development plan for children, including rehabilitation measures.
