The relevance of the study of the problem of development of the teaching staff is due to the circumstances. Innovations and innovations in education set high-level tasks for educational institutions, including schools – the transition to new pedagogical and information technologies, the widespread and active use of modern computer technology in the pedagogical process, the creation of projects aimed at the development of the educational institution, participation in the competition for grants. Due to innovations in education, new requirements are imposed on the school, the teacher, and the teaching staff, which creates situations in which the child and the teacher become the Central figures of pedagogical activity. The teacher must be able to respond flexibly to new trends in the educational environment and solve the professional tasks in the educational environment that arise before him. The article is devoted to identifying the description of the essence of the teaching staff. In the text, the author considers modern methods of development of the teaching staff. An important indicator of the development of the team in an educational institution is innovation, which includes the creativity of the teaching staff. The necessary pedagogical conditions for compliance are changing the principles of professional competence development in favor of continuous self-development, using the technology of developing management based on the model of human self-development and the principles of consistency, changing the organizational and functional structure of management, contributing to the formation of a developing creative environment. The study of the problem of development of the teaching staff based on the concept of individual pedagogy and the competence approach cannot claim to be complete, since there are other concepts and approaches that can lead to other models of development, organizational and pedagogical conditions, means, stages, which make up the prospects for scientific research in this area.

The aim of the scientific work is to study the characteristics of the formation and development of the social capital of the organization, the state and the main structural elements. The content and key components of the organization's social capital are identified, which are interconnected and reflect the quality of labor relations. The role of social capital in the effectiveness of the organization has been identified and defined: expanding the range of regular customers and partners, improving the quality of business relationships, developing human capital, reducing transaction costs, and ensuring the organization of personnel actions.
