The paper describes the socio-psychological approaches to the study of organizational relations. The idea of transformation and the possibility of its integration into the organizational and psychological theory is disclosed. The purpose is to develop the most promising models of transformation of organizational relations. Also it contains empirical data, reflecting the dynamics of organizational change and the influence of dynamic changes in the organization on the transformation of organizational relations. The recommendations for practical application are made on the basis of applied research.

The paper is devoted to the reflection of the results of sociological study on the identification of the features of social and professional identification of employees of social institutions with different types of organizational culture in the Republic of Dagestan. The characteristic of the main types of organizational cultures of social protection institutions in Dagestan is given. The author correlates the main types of organizational culture model of social and professional identity of social workers.
