The article is devoted to the issues of the mental conditions of students in the period of examination session. The study methods were used empirical and theoretical scientific knowledge: theoretical analysis, surveillance, testing interview questions and discussions.

The paper is devoted to the problem of teacher’s emotional burnout, professional deformation hindering management of educational process, necessary psychological assistance and establishment of professional team.
