The article is devoted to the basic problems of the formation of highly qualified staff of the Federal Migration Service of Russia and its territorial divisions (for example, the Federal Migration Service of Russia in the Belgorod region), the problems of training and motivation of employees of the Federal Migration Service.

The article studies the issues of analysis and justification of the directions of migration regulation on the example of the Omsk region. The content of migration functions is clarified, the main factors of migration attractiveness of the Central and Southern regions of Russia are highlighted. The experience of Russian regions in the regulation of migration processes is summarized. The author analyzes demographic situation prevailing in the Omsk region, evaluates the migration processes taking place in the region, and investigates the causes of population migration in the region. The paper substantiates the directions of labor migration processes regulation at the regional level, the essence of which is to ensure a decent standard of living for the population of the region and to establish an appropriate migration infrastructure.

This article is devoted to revealing the essence of the phenomenon of marriage with a foreign citizen without the purpose of establishing a family (sham marriage). On the basis of legislative, law enforcement and statistical data, conclusions are drawn on the impact of this phenomenon on the migration policy of the Russian Federation and on the stricter conditions for persons married when one of the spouses has the status of a foreign citizen in the simplified procedure for obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation.

This scientific work is devoted to the analysis of the impact of external migration processes on the Russian economy. The paper examines the impact of migration on the main economic indicators of the country, such as gross domestic product (GDP), labor market, and social sphere. Particular attention is paid to studying the positive and negative aspects of migration flows for the Russian economy, as well as identifying possible strate-gies and measures aimed at optimizing the impact of migration processes on the econom-ic development of the country. The problem of exporting domestic capital abroad is raised.
