The article studies the issues of analysis and justification of the directions of migration regulation on the example of the Omsk region. The content of migration functions is clarified, the main factors of migration attractiveness of the Central and Southern regions of Russia are highlighted. The experience of Russian regions in the regulation of migration processes is summarized. The author analyzes demographic situation prevailing in the Omsk region, evaluates the migration processes taking place in the region, and investigates the causes of population migration in the region. The paper substantiates the directions of labor migration processes regulation at the regional level, the essence of which is to ensure a decent standard of living for the population of the region and to establish an appropriate migration infrastructure.
The abstract is devoted to the study of potentially promising areas of digital transformation of the regional economy. The author relied on the materials of statistical analysis of indicators characterizing the growth of the advanced technology market and individual indicators characterizing the regional dynamics.
The article is devoted to the analysis of dynamic changes in the cost of living in the Siberian Federal District. The paper compares the cost of living of the Omsk region with individual regions. According to the results of the structural analysis of the indicators of the subsistence minimum, the Omsk region has a lower value among the regions of the district.
