The study of the population involvement in the digital space makes it possible to make reasonable management decisions on the use of information technologies at all levels of government and work with the population. The purpose of the study was to examine the trends and prospects for the development of the level of population involvement the in the digital environment. The article analyzes access to the Internet in the country's households, the use of various types of mobile devices for working in the Internet space, and also assesses the existing digital skills of various levels and content.

The study of the seasonal prevalence allows retailers and products manufacturers to determine the work-load of retail premises, calculate the number of sales personnel, and competently plan the product range, therefore, the topic of the scientific article is rather relevant. The purpose of the study was to analyze the seasonal prevalence in the egg market, identify the causes and rationalize the ways for regulating seasonal prevalence. The paper analyzes the level of production and consumption of eggs in the local market, describes the reasons of the seasonal prevalence, and proposes measures to adapt the actions of poultry producers to fluctuations in demand.

Increasing the effectiveness of scientific sector functioning is one of the prerequisites for the innovative development of the country, therefore, studies related to the analysis of the scientific complex structure can be considered relevant. The purpose of the article is to assess the staffing of the Russian scientific complex, analyze its personnel component and justify the directions for improving the functioning of the country's scientific complex. Based on the results of the study, a set of measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of country's scientific complex functioning is substantiated.

The article studies the issues of analysis and justification of the directions of migration regulation on the example of the Omsk region. The content of migration functions is clarified, the main factors of migration attractiveness of the Central and Southern regions of Russia are highlighted. The experience of Russian regions in the regulation of migration processes is summarized. The author analyzes demographic situation prevailing in the Omsk region, evaluates the migration processes taking place in the region, and investigates the causes of population migration in the region. The paper substantiates the directions of labor migration processes regulation at the regional level, the essence of which is to ensure a decent standard of living for the population of the region and to establish an appropriate migration infrastructure.
