this article is related to the moral conduct of representatives of the professorial community in all spheres of public life, including higher education. The article touches upon the problem of violation of professional professorship ethics. As a result of studies of this issue by the author, it is concluded that the professor’s activities do not have such professional specifics and are not associated with special situations that would require exceptions to general moral requirements or their specification and refinement. However, the author emphasizes the important idea that the professor’s activities are more dependent on consciously following the general moral standards that become an integral part of the professor’s professional ethics.

The article examines the phenomenon of “gender dysphoria” and its perception in the context of gender tolerance. The interest in this topic is directly correlated with national peculiarities, religious and philosophical aspects of world perception, especially in the light of contrasting value systems. The discursiveness of gender issues in its aspect of tolerance is of particular importance for the medical profession. The aim of the study was to study tolerance in general and understanding of gender tolerance in the student community of a medical university, as well as the attitude to various aspects of sexual behavior associated with sexual disorders. The results of the study made it possible to assess the attitude of medical students to this problem and determine the vector of further educational work.
The problems of integration of law and artificial intelligence in a clash of civilizations are considered. The authors focus the attention of society on the need to develop new approaches to philosophical and social assessments of justice, truth, moral values, the dangers of scientific and technological progress and the development of uncontrolled human reason, the development of individual scientists in the field of artificial intelligence in a clash of civilizations.
The article analyzes the specifics of pedagogical support for the development of the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger schoolchildren. Summarizes the experience of the pilot implementation of the comprehensive program of development of the structure of the value sphere of the personality of Junior schoolchildren "my Dear goodness" on the basis of social-pedagogical partnership of family, school and Church. The principles of organization of psychological and pedagogical support of the studied process are described.
