Research is devoted to the problem of determining conditions of pedagogical research training masters of social pedagogy in the process of training. The theoretical approaches to research training masters of social pedagogy. Highlighted the main characteristics of specificity and research masters of social pedagogy in terms of study in the magistracy. Served main principles of research magicians of Masters of social pedagogy. Identified structural components of research training masters of social pedagogy: motivational, cognitive, meaningful and activity, reflexive evaluation. Theoretically grounded set of pedagogical condi-tions that ensure the formation of the research competence of masters of social pedagogy. The criteria (mo-tivational, cognitive, meaningful and activity, reflective-assessment) that meet the components forming the research competence, which evaluated paradise for four levels: nominal, reproductive, constructive and creative.

The paper deals with the essence of concept «Pedagogical terms». Considering complex of terms for professional competence of future teacher of food production technologies, we were limited by the terms created in concrete educational organizatio, remembering what other terms influence on this process. Formation of professional competence in the process of professional-practical preparation would provide next pedagogical terms: providing systematic positive motivation to future profession; planning maintenance of professional disciplines; use of innovative technologies in the process of forming professional competence; mastering practical experience of future professional activity. The selection of necessary and sufficient terms is reasonable is the next stage of optimization of future teacher professional preparation for mastering professional competence.
