The article presents the characteristics of emotional burnout in young teachers with a high level of perfectionism, an empirical analysis of the relationship between perfectionism and emotional burnout in young teachers is carried out. According to the results of the study, the authors concluded that it is necessary to further study the characteristics of emotional burnout in young teachers with a high level of perfectionism and further study this relationship of perfectionism with emotional burnout.
The article presents the results of an empirical study on the existence of a relationship between self-esteem and the degree of perfectionism in adolescents. The author substantiates the relevance of the analysis of this problem in adolescence. A correlation analysis of the results revealed the presence of an inverse significant relationship between the level of self-esteem, in particular, on the scales of "self-confidence", "character" and "peer authority", and the degree of severity of socially prescribed perfectionism. The findings will be of interest to educational psychologists and educators in organizing developmental work on the formation of self-esteem and reducing perfectionism in adolescence.

The relevance of the topic is due to the need to overcome the developmental dissynchrony – the gap between high intelligence and the emotional and social sphere of such students. The key risk factors for burnout are analyzed, among which special attention is paid to perfectionism and low stress tolerance. The psychological structure of these phenomena and their interrelation with educational activity are revealed. The role of achievement motivation in the formation of burnout symptoms is considered separately. The results of modern empirical research are presented, demonstrating correlations between perfectionist attitudes, stress tolerance, motivational profiles of students and the severity of burnout components.
