Educational activities in a professional sports club contribute not only to physical development, but also to personal growth. These are responsible people who have a civil position. Trainers in a sports club should take a responsible approach to the development of an educational program, because the process of personality formation depends on it, and its ability to participate in competitions of various ranks. At the end of the school year, the organization should provide information about the achievements, on the basis of which it can be concluded about the efficiency of the selected educational program.

The article discusses methodological aspects that make it possible to make a Russian literature lesson modern. The author focuses on the fact that the modern lesson is distinguished by the use of activity-based methods and teaching techniques; techniques of critical thinking, interdisciplinary connections: comparison of works of Russian and Belarusian literature; using a text-centric approach (based on the texts of the works of A.S. Pushkin).
