The article considers the main directions of formation of personnel policy of the internal Affairs bodies. An important role is played by the system of moral-psychological support of the operational activities of the personnel.
The article analyzes the modern pedagogical practice of traditional and innovative models of professional development of teachers of educational organizations of secondary vocational education. The article substantiates the need to develop those models of professional development that ensure the development of the creative potential of the individual teacher of secondary vocational education. The author emphasizes that the intensification of the process of professional development of practicing teachers is due to the active use of reflexive methods, it becomes possible not only to improve the quality of the educational process, but go to a real paradigm shift in the whole system of training.
The target and subject parameters of mentoring are disclosed. The role of mentoring for professional orientation, professional training, and retraining of teachers is shown. The possibilities of mentoring for the adaptation of young teachers, career development of a teacher – manager are shown. The article reveals the diversity of mentoring types, their essential foundations, and the specifics of working with students. The functional and didactic role of mentoring as a means of eliminating deficits in the development of teachers is shown.
In this article, the authors explore the concept of «human resources potential of an innovative enterprise» and its impact on the modern economy of the country. The determinants of the development of human resources at an innovative enterprise are determined. The study focuses on new aspects of talent management that take into account modern challenges such as globalization, digitalization and changes in international politics.
The article is dedicated to identifying problems and improving modern personnel policy in government authorities using the example of Rostov-on-Don.
