The article is devoted to the problem of digitalization of the educational process of a creative university. In this regard, the study of issues of digitalization of education and its social consequences seems to be a very relevant area of scientific research. The use of digital means in practice shows both the possibilities and real goals of the digital transfor-mation of education.

In the modern world, in the context of a dynamically developing educational system, an important role is gito the training of highly qualified specialists for various fields, including penal system. Training of a penal system officer, who has a positive image in modern society, largely depends on the formation of his professional linguistic competence, which allows not only to successfully perform professional tasks, but also helps to establish effective interaction in everyday life.

The article deals with the concept of practice-oriented technology. Types of such technologies and teaching methods are given. The article describes the activities carried out within the framework of student tourist bureau functioning on the basis of D.I. Mendeleev Pedagogical Institute of Tobolsk. The conclusion is made about their significant contribution to the improvement of practice-oriented training of university students in the field of service and tourism.

The authors, analyzing the work of specialists of the State Institution of Cultural Heritage "MOSGORTUR", their experience in the field of training administrative and pedagogical personnel and counselors to work with disabled children and children with disabilities (OVZ), propose to use it not only in organizations of children's recreation and health improvement, but also in other various institutions and organizations of culture, social sphere, tourism.
