The authors in the work focus on the fact that the problem-based approach to learning contributes to the development of creative thinking among students, as well as the development of their ability to independently search for new knowledge. The proposed methodological techniques of “introducing problems” into a lecture make it possible to train an officer who thinks and knows how to navigate in a complex modern environment.
