The article analyzes the key areas of development of the Moscow metropolitan area and the dominant approaches in territorial management.It is proposed to develop a strategy for the sustainable development of the agglomeration territory, to include scenario analysis based on mathematical modeling in the decision-making process for the scientific justification of action plans and algorithms for the response of state and municipal authorities to emergency situations, as well as building inter-territorial interaction of agglomerations with municipalities and regions of the country. As a result, the improvement of the management system should contribute to the sustainable and safe development of agglomeration territories.
The article is based on the study of the standard of living of the population in the Smolensk region. Special attention is paid to the main activities aimed at improving the standard of living. Conclusions are made based on the analysis of indicators that characterize the standard of living of the region's population.
The author actualizes the problem of studying the quality of life at the student age. Several approaches to determining the content of the quality of life of students are considered. The author compares the concepts of "subjective quality of life" and "social well-being". The components in the structure of the quality of life of students are presented.
The problem of elderly people's perception of their social and economic status, satisfaction with the level of social security is posed. The importance of subjective well-being in the context of social stability of society is substantiated. The factors determining the subjective well-being of senior citizens are considered. Proposals are formulated to improve the subjective well-being of older people.
The article analyzes the strategy of active longevity, reveals the components of healthy and active aging, identifies the main directions of promoting active longevity.
