The article is devoted to the problems of improving the well-being of disabled children and families with disabled children. Solving the problems of children with disabilities are priority areas in the state social policy of Russia and provides for a wide range of measures to identify, identify and resolve the problems of such children in order to realize and protect their rights to full development, individually-oriented assistance. preparation for independent living and integration into society will significantly increase their well-being.

The article discusses the specifics of sending a notification explaining the procedure for compensation for damage related to criminal prosecution. The problems arising in the process of drafting, as well as sending this document to rehabilitated or other persons are identified. The ways of changing the order of notification are proposed.

The article presents the experience of creating a sensory site on the territory of the Botanical Garden of Vyatka State University. The selection of the assortment of plants was carried out in accordance with their possible diverse influence on the human senses. A list of 44 species for filling and zoning the garden of sensations is presented. Classes were held with children with disabilities in health, aimed at the appearance of a positive emotional response and showing interest in cognitive activity when interacting with plants and using alternative means of additional communication – visual support cards.

The issues of organizing classes to restore the respiratory system after suffering from colds are considered.

The results convincingly prove the advantages of the experimental method of rehabilitation by physical exercises in restoring hemodynamic parameters and functional capabilities of the body, as well as stabilization and rehabilitation of the pathological process.
