The article is devoted to the methodological and applied features of substantiating the plan for anti-crisis risk management in the crop production industry of agricultural organizations. The methodical sequence of the analysis of industrial risks on the basis of economic and statistical models of control parameters is considered. Applied examples of such an analysis are made according to the data of an agricultural organization. In terms of anti-crisis management of crop production, there should be limiting and target management parameters. It is recommended to justify the values of such parameters in future periods of time on the basis of an analysis of probable situations using economic and statistical models.
The paper considers examples of solving the problems of conducting space-monitoring observations based on the use of the geoinformation environment of the water areas of river basins. Its creation involves the con-struction of geospatial models of territories and object-oriented models of the studied processes and objects. The choice of the territory is determined by the place of the project implementation. The availability of a pri-ori geospatial information about the sources of hazardous natural and man-caused processes makes it possi-ble to carry out space monitoring of their state, regardless of their location and accessibility. Modern geoin-formation technologies make it possible to build situational and monitoring models of their state in case of emergencies and develop a set of measures to minimize damage from their impact. The paper presents exam-ples of building geoinformation models of river water areas, as well as the results of interpretation of satellite images of emergency situations that took place in the water area of Russian rivers and Lake Maracaibo (Ven-ezuela).

The emergence of the construct “design” as one of the leading activities in modern education actualizes research into “risks” and “risk management”, since the volume of possible negative research in the event of risks being realized in the context of the increasing number and scale of design in education may exceed the positive results. The attitude towards risk management in the education system is gradually changing – the concept of “zero” risk is replaced by the concept of “acceptable” risk, risks and their consequences are a significant category in the design and implementation of educational projects. The risks of educational projects in the context of the creation and implementation of large-scale national projects (national educational projects) are spread throughout the country, a huge number of people and influence the life path of people for a long time, meanwhile the risk life cycle of an educational project is shortened. The process of risk management in education is gradually institutionalized, rules and norms for risk management of educational projects are being developed, which is reflected in the accepted professional standards for teaching staff. The purpose of this article is to identify risk management models for educational projects. The author has made an attempt to generalize the known models of risk management of educational projects in the structure of an educational organization and to identify the characteristic features of various management models. The research was carried out using methods of reflexive problematization, modeling, analysis and synthesis. As the research has shown, insufficient attention is paid to risk management in the theory and practice of managing educational projects and it is mainly implemented according to a combined model (at the same time, multiple combinations are implemented). The study shows that risk management models for educational projects are possible when they are based on functional and process approaches, while the choice of risk management model and approach is determined by factors of the scale and innovativeness of the educational project. As the work showed, further study of risk management models for educational projects can reduce the volume and scale of the consequences of realized risks, which in turn will support public confidence in the development of the education system and increase the significance and contribution of the educational system in shaping the student’s personality.
The article examines the state of the sunflower seed market and assesses the risks of financial losses for producers from unfair pricing. Market monitoring showed a sharp drop in seed prices. The market is in a state of prolonged stagnation. Wholesale buyers pursue a corporate strategy of price containment in order to satisfy their own economic interests. Manufacturers suffer financial losses, which create increased risks of unprofitable production. The introduction of export customs duties had a significant impact on the fall in market prices. A situation has developed in the sunflower seed market in which the producer bears financial losses from duties. It was concluded that the mechanism for regulating duties does not take into account the consequences for seed producers.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of risk, identification of approaches to the definition of the term «risk», substantiation of the relevance of studying risks in the economic activity of a motor transport enterprise. The authors of the article pay special attention to the study of the types of risks arising in the activities of motor transport enterprises. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the systematization of the types of risks in the activities of motor transport enterprises.
