this article provides theoretical information on the problem of socio-psychological climate. The practical part of the article presents the results of a psychological study conducted on the basis of an educational institution. The result of the work done is recommendations for improving the level of socio-psychological climate in the team of younger adolescents.

The article outlines the problem of studying the phenomenology of well-being and social well-being in domestic science. The conceptual field of the phenomenon of "social well-being" is outlined as a close connection and mutual influence of a number of terms such as "success", "health", "activity", "life position", "social system", "interpersonal relations", "interpersonal interaction". The multifactorial complexes of causes that predetermine the social well-being of a student in the psychological and pedagogical space of higher education are revealed.
