Syndrome of emotional burnout has been considered for a long time. Different aspects of the study indicate the relevance of studying emotional burnout from different points of view. This article explores the relationship between emotional burnout and the life values of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs personnel. The results obtained with the help of Questionnaire "Professional Burnout" by N. E. Vodopyanova and morphological test of life values by V. F. Sopov, L. V. Karpushin, testify to such interconnectedness of concepts.

The manifestation of mental tension among cadets-pilots contributes to difficulties in the process of flight training, a decrease in the increase in the level of flight skills, and sometimes their deterioration.
