The paper deals with innovative infrastructure development, as an important factor of integration of science, education and business in Uzbekistan. In view of this, it is offered to create techno parks on the basis of higher schools, including higher schools of economics, such as educational banks, insurance and marketing agencies and others.

The paper deals with some aspects of the development of the relations between higher educational institutions and business-structures in Uzbekistan. In the conditions of vast changes in the national economy the necessity of strategic partnership and cooperation strengthening is studied and proved as highly essential.
