This article reveals the problem of motivation in learning English through the prism of creative projects of students from different years. The inspiration that students can get from creative work gives them the courage to create and develop their imagination. The development of fine motor skills of the fingers develops memory, thinking, imagination, and therefore contributes to a better understanding and assimilation of the subject.

The project team’s motivation management is a hot topic for any system that is based on implementation of projects, especially where project teams are made up of operations staff. The difficulties of handling the motivation in TRIZ projects under implementation at production facilities of non-ferrous metallurgy are caused by the existing model of approach to improve-ment/change projects, in which contradictions of ensuring the production plan and implementing new solutions coexist. The paper will analyse some of the key specific features of such a project approach, cover the topic of establishing the motivation management system through non-monetary aspects of motivation development, and discuss particular examples demonstrating the efficiency of the authors' solutions for establishment of the motivation management system for project teams that implement projects in non-ferrous metallurgy and related industries.

This article examines psychological aspects of managing stress-inducing situations and fostering psychological readiness for foreign language exams. The authors aim to study the psychological aspects of successful preparation for the English language exam and create a Bullet Journal as a way to help organize the educational and extracurricular process, improve information assimilation and psychological mood. According to the authors, as the personal tool for or-ganization and planning, this Journal will help achieve the primary goal: self-regulation of the psychological state during exam preparation and ultimately succeeding in exams.

This study examines the introduction of an unconventional approach to final chemistry lessons in secondary school, which aims to increase teaching effectiveness and student engagement. For this purpose, an analysis of the relevant literature was carried out, an unconventional method was identified, and appropriate material was selected for theoretical and experimental research. An unconventional method of Design thinking was chosen for the research. Pedagogical practice has demonstrated a high level of knowledge acquisition in both types of classes, which proves the value of systematic chemical thinking. The study offers a new perspective on the development of students' creative abilities using non-standard methods. It is also aimed at improving academic performance, deepening knowledge of chemistry and activating cognitive interests with the help of developed non-standard approaches in the final lessons.

The article addresses the issue of insufficient reading skills in English among Russian students who are non-native speakers. It is noted that traditional reading instruction often fails to provide adequate motivation and results due to its detachment from students' professional interests. The objective of this study is to develop an intensive tutoring approach for fostering reading skills among such students. The scientific novelty lies in the application of individualized tutor support to intensify reading instruction. The reliability of the findings is confirmed by research data, indicating that an individualized approach improves students' reading performance by up to two standard deviations. Examples from Russian practice are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of intensive tutoring. The results suggest that the proposed methodology contributes to the development of text comprehension and enhances students' motivation.
