The variety of relations in the leasing transaction defines complexity and specificity of revealing, elimination of leasing risk.

The authors view the motivation problems, which students of higher educational institutions have. The au-thors discuss the necessity of working out the system of steady motivation, where the professional motives dominate. These professional motives were developed during the university studies.
