The article is devoted to the problem of psychological barriers of the participants in the educational process in an inclusive environment (teachers, parents and students). Systematic motivational-value, emotional, cognitive and activity aspects of psychological readiness of participants of the educational relations to the implementation of inclusive practices.

The paper presents the theoretical and methodological foundations of psycho-correctional and psycho-rehabilitational work with persons with visual impairment. The author describes goals, objectives and principles of psychotherapy and psycho-rehabilitation; systematizes possible types of corrective treatment and modern facilities of rehabilitation of persons with visual impairment.

The analysis of satisfaction with quality of life, depending on the duration of professional activity. Identified problem and resource aspects of teachers correctional schools.

The author deals with the subject matter of victimization as an integrative personality characteristic. Besides, the author analyzes the inner psychological mechanisms that give rise to victimization formation: socially conditioned personality characteristics, reflecting content and semantic programs of behaviour and activity; deflected constructs of self-concept.
