Some solutions to problems of small and medium business subjects crediting

This article analyzes current state of crediting market for small and medium business (SMB) subjects. The authors show the problems faced by small and medium enterprises with credit provision. They examine the role of SMB Corporation in crediting market. The results of SMB Corporation and SMB Bank operations in the Republic of Karelia and in Russian Federation in general are presented. In conclusion, the prospects for market development are given.

The author examines the main problems faced by Russian banks in the formation of resources: the long-term assets and liabilities ratio, the sectoral disproportionality of economy, and high inflation level. The analysis of separate liability items is made: attracted funds from financial and non-financial organizations, deposits of individuals, funds attracted through debt securities issue. Possible ways of solving problems are suggested.
