The relevance of this study is determined by the growing interest in factors that ensure successful coping with the consequences of psychological trauma and contribute to post-traumatic growth. Particular importance is given to the study of emotional intelligence, which is regarded as a key resource for coping and personal development. The aim of the research is to analyze theoretical concepts of emotional intelligence and to identify their role in the mechanisms of post-traumatic growth. The study results in a systematization of contemporary approaches to understanding emotional intelligence, identification of its protective and developmental functions, and outlining practical directions for its application in psychotherapy and counseling practice.

The relevance of this study is driven by the increasing attention to the issue of childhood psychological trauma and the need to find effective methods for its resolution. The main objective of the article is a theoretical review of regression as a mechanism for processing psychological trauma. The article examines key theoretical approaches and therapeutic practices that utilize regression. The analysis supports the inclusion of regression in psychotherapeutic methods as an adaptive and healing resource.

The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to study the psychological mechanisms that enable individuals to maintain resilience under conditions of stress and uncertainty. The aim of the article is to examine resilience as a key factor influencing the effectiveness of coping strategies in overcoming life difficulties. The article provides a theoretical and analytical review of contemporary research in the field of coping psychology, highlighting the relationships between levels of resilience and the choice of coping strategies. Particular attention is given to the role of cognitive attitudes, motivational components, and personal resources. The article also outlines practical applications of the findings in psychological prevention and correction.

The relevance of the research is due to the fact that a person throughout his or her life is in a vulnerable position from the influence of both internal and external factors. Particular importance is attached to the studying of the psychological trauma phenomenon at the present stage due to the rapid pace of society development and changing environmental conditions. The main purpose of the research is to make a retrospective analysis of the views of different researchers on the psychological trauma. The result of the research is the presented analysis of concepts and practical models of therapy on the psychological trauma issue.
