The article discusses modern educational technologies for teaching children with disabilities on the example of teaching a foreign language, as well as some problems that arise when working with the studied category of children in inclusive education. The use of these technologies is considered as one of the effective conditions for improving the quality of educational results in the subject.

Particular attention is paid to the classification of methods for studying phraseological expressions.
The article raises the question of the difficulties related to the translation of polysemantic legal lexis. Examples of how the same lexical unit can have different meanings depending on various factors are examined. In the analysis it was found that when translating polysemantic legal lexis, the context, the legal system, the branch of law, the type of text and the variant of the English language in which the lexical unit is used should be taken into consideration.
