Internet space has an increasing impact on the life of a modern person. It is necessary to use modern means of communication with consumers for successful promotion of products and services. The article highlights the positive and negative aspects of products promotion in the Internet space, the main trends in the development of the Internet as a space for marketing communication with consumers of tourist services, and reveals the peculiarities of the audience involvement formation.

At the present stage of society development, the connection between the virtual and social space allows us to speak of the Internet space as one of the factors of the individual socialization. Many scientists-psychologists, both foreign and domestic, worked on this problem. The aim of the study was to identify the factors affecting the development of deviant forms in teenagers. Psychologists studying this theory agree that the modern Internet space can be considered as an area for the development and socialization of a personality, but insufficient control results in deviant forms of behavior.
