The development of rhetorical speech in Russian as a foreign language among Chinese students is relevant, since effective communication in the country of residence is a key skill in various areas of life. Rhetoric, as the science of the art of persuasion, helps foreign students improve their argumentation, speech construction and peer interaction skills. With insufficient intensification of the educational process in this direction, one of the methodological tools can be a photomontage digital collage aimed at developing rhetorical speech in the Russian language as a foreign language among Chinese students. It contributes to: improving communication skills; improving efficiency in future professional activities; strengthening interpersonal relations with Russian students; developing critical thinking; improving public speaking in the country of residence; initiation into the cultural heritage of Russia. The aim of the study is to analyze the theory and practice of developing rhetorical speech in Russian as a foreign language among Chinese students based on a photomontage digital collage. A complex of research methods was used in the work: theoretical methods; empirical methods; formative; mathematical statistics methods. The main results of the study: the linguistic and didactic properties of rhetorical speech in the Russian language as a foreign language among Chinese students were characterized; the place of photomontage digital collage in the development of rhetorical speech in Russian as a foreign language by Chinese students was clarified; the relevant methodological conditions were considered and the practice of organizing experimental work was described; an analysis of its results was presented. New formats of tasks have been worked out for the development of rhetorical speech in the Russian language as a foreign language among Chinese students based on a photomontage digital collage and research prospects have been determined. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the justification of the need to develop rhetorical speech in Russian as a foreign language among Chinese students on the basis of a photomontage digital collage in the context of Russian higher education. The practical significance of the work lies in the creation and implementation of new formats of tasks for the development of rhetorical speech in Russian as a foreign language among Chinese students based on a photomontage digital collage.

The relevance of this study is associated with the transition that took place in language teaching in 2018, namely, the shift from the four skills (reading, speaking, listening, writing) to four modes of communication activity, which include reception, production, interaction, and mediation. Unlike the other three, mediation is often not fully understood by teachers, and tasks aimed at developing mediation skills are not always given the attention they deserve. At the same time, this mode of communication is extremely important in the modern world, as it combines the other three. In addition, mediation skills (e.g. explaining data, translating a written text, processing text, leading group work, etc.) are particularly important for students studying economics and management, as they are directly related to their professional activities. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to prove the relevance and necessity of developing mediation skills among students majoring in economics. The main research methods used by the authors of the article are the analysis of scientific and methodological works devoted to mediation and the development of mediation skills, as well as analysis of regulatory documents governing language education for students in economics-related fields. Consequently, an analysis of trends in modern language education and regulatory documents has demonstrated the importance and necessity of developing mediation skills among students majoring in economics, as well as the need to draw instructors' attention to this topic. The theoretical significance of this article lies in the description of factors proving the necessity and importance of developing mediation skills among students of economics-related fields. The practical significance is expressed in the fact that the data obtained can be used for the further development of a syllabus aimed at building up mediation skills among this group of students.

The article is devoted to the problem of overcoming communicative disorders in senior school students with dyslexia. Difficulties of a communicative nature in students with dyslexia impede the development of communicative competence and make socialization difficult. This is due to reading disorders and oral speech features that affect communication. The article describes a research methodology for studying the development of communicative competence. It has been established that students with dyslexia have insufficiently developed communicative competence. It has been shown that the use of facilitation technology, project and research activities, isotherapy, theater therapy, mnemotechnics, and reference linguistic literature in speech therapy plays an important role in overcoming communicative disorders in students with dyslexia.
