The article is devoted to the study of Big Data technology in the marketing activities. Based on the analysis of the introduction of Big data in the com-pany B2C market (banking, retail, mobile operators, Internet com-panies) presents conclusions about the possibilities of using Big Data in marketing activities of Russian companies in the sector.
Big Data is used everywhere today and the activities of financial institutions are no exception. The advantages of big data analytics technologies lie in the volume and speed of processing various types of information, which contributes to an increase in the level of automation, ensures the optimization of business processes and contributes to the improvement of financial markets. In addition, big data enables financial institutions to provide more personalized services to consumers and expand their customer base.
The article is devoted to the study of the introduction of cloud technologies and Big Data in Russian commercial banks in an unstable economy. The article presents the theoretical foundations of these technologies, identifies the prerequisites for the introduction of cloud computing and Big Data in banks, analyzes existing experience. The adaptation of the introduction of cloud technologies and Big Data in commercial banks of the Russian Federation in the conditions of anti-Russian sanctions is considered.
