Services in tourism and hospitality are closely connected with providing comfortable conditions of guest’s stay,which include information, household, esthetic, ecological, financial and legal aspects. Complex of comfortable conditions is inseparably linked with safety of guest’s stay, where ensuring medical safety is important. Medical safety is understood as a condition of security of life and health of a guest from different medical threats. Ensuring medical safety in modern conditions is connected not only with maintenance of health of the guest during stay in means of placement, but also with different elimination of threats of medical character, and also providing the conditions directed on maintenance of guest’s health and service personnel.

The main objective in assessing the comfort of living population is to determine the components (natural, social and economic) that define quantitative and qualitative indicators. Man is the main criterion for as-sessing the quality of environment and determine positive and negative features of it. But man himself has an impact on environment, forming the "man – environment" relationship. The paper discusses the depend-encies and influence of one of the components of environment in the comfort of living of population, as well as the determination of ecological and geochemical conditions of the study area in terms of their com-fort and compliance vital human needs.

The article examines the global economic crisis, which exacerbated a number of not simple problems of Russian regions. A lot of problems such as unemployment, decreasing living standards, aging of the population, increasing emigration of the local population are especially noticeable among young people - they are long overdue. The financial crisis made its own corrections, and these problems turned out to be very acute at the moment. At present, it is difficult to deal with the city-forming enterprises, the policy of the owner of the enterprise plays a huge role here. He can leave with his company in the politics of the region and the state or pull his business with his current.

The study is devoted to the layout and design of the beauty zone in the hotel. The relevance of the topic is due to the influence of design on the comfort and satisfaction of guests, which is important for the loyalty and profitability of the hotel. Tasks include the analysis and development of a beauty zone plan, the study of the influence of color on guests, the evaluation of cosmetology equipment, the development of a uniform style and a sociological survey of guests. Research methods: literature analysis, visualization of space, sociological survey. The results can improve the design and layout of beauty areas in hotels, increasing the level of service and guest satisfaction, which has a key impact on business profitability.
