In this article it is told about corporate culture, elements of corporate culture, about that as it is the corporate culture created and develop. In article development programs of corporate culture of hotel «Renomme», expenses on maintenance of elements of corporate culture and SWOT analysis are provided.
The article is devoted to the study of improving the legal regulation of hotel activities in Russia on the basis of the analysis of innovations in the Russian legislation. The analysis of legislative changes in the rules of hotel services, mandatory classification of hotels, requirements for hotel security.
This article is devoted to the current trend of promoting hotel services in social networks. The popularity of social networks, as well as their role in society, makes them a necessary attribute for any business that works directly with consumers. The hospitality industry is a prime example of such a business. Modern research shows a pronounced relationship between the presence of social networks in the hotel and the final decision of the consumer to choose a place of temporary residence. The author of the article analyzed the social networks in which foreign and Russian hotel companies promote their services.
The study is devoted to the layout and design of the beauty zone in the hotel. The relevance of the topic is due to the influence of design on the comfort and satisfaction of guests, which is important for the loyalty and profitability of the hotel. Tasks include the analysis and development of a beauty zone plan, the study of the influence of color on guests, the evaluation of cosmetology equipment, the development of a uniform style and a sociological survey of guests. Research methods: literature analysis, visualization of space, sociological survey. The results can improve the design and layout of beauty areas in hotels, increasing the level of service and guest satisfaction, which has a key impact on business profitability.
The article discusses various tools for promoting hotels through the Internet, such as: hotel website, social networks, cooperation with bloggers, email newsletters, affiliate programs. These tools are an integral part of successful work. They present a hotel or a hotel to a wide audience and attract new guests. These tools significantly reduce marketing and advertising costs, and also create additional sources of income.
