Economic ethics implies a high level of business etiquette, which is formed under the influence of traditions and certain historically prevailing conditions of the country and the people. Knowledge of the stages of preparation for negotiations, economic and business ethics allow entrepreneurs to achieve business success.

The article analyzes new opportunities for developing trade and economic relations between Uzbekistan and the Ural-West Siberian region of Russia. It examines the current level of economic cooperation and prospects for deepening partnership in such sectors as industry, agriculture, transport and logistics. Prospects for cultural and tourism cooperation are also discussed. The Urals and Western Siberia, as important economic centers of Russia, offer Uzbekistan significant opportunities for export and investment. Strengthening these ties can contribute to the sustainable development of both sides in the long term.

This article examines the possibilities of developing cooperation skills among adolescents in a modern school. The role of the competence approach in the formation of this skill in young adolescent students is emphasized. The research is aimed at identifying the cooperation skills of younger adolescents and developing a program for their development through project activities.
