The article offers an option of building a system of continuous education on the basis of mathematical construction of basic and additional educational programs in the field of mathematical knowledge. The structure of the new educational program of basic education in accordance with new standards and offer additional options for programming mathematical education of schoolchildren, promoting systematic inclusion of students in a conscious study of the subject, taking into account the continuity of school mathematics education.

Social transformations are objective and encouraged to realize the level of development institutions. Understanding the problems of education in the Russian society is reached a new level: the need for qualitative change makes contact to an interdisciplinary approach and the categories of other sciences. Design, originally having a technical nature, becomes a tool for improving the competitiveness of education. In this article the process of designing educational programs that can not be ignored in the process of social development is considered.
