The article «Development of dialogic speech in Russian language lessons in secondary-school» examines the importance and methods of the development of dialogic speech of students in Russian language lessons. The article reveals the essence of teaching Russian oral speech to Iranian students. The main problems connected with the difference in the phonetic systems of the Russian and Persian languages are identified. Based on the fundamental works of Russian scientists in the field of teaching Russian as a foreign language, the system of methods of teaching Russian speech to students from Iran and other Islamic countries is developed.
