In connection with the distribution in space of the national economy of the Russian crisis, affecting the worsening problems of unemployment, there is a need to regulate these issues for the purpose of leveling the negative impact of this socio-economic process. Through the prism of existing disharmonious disturbances in modern conditions of Russian economy the problem of unemployment and its relationship to economic conditions of the country.
