One of the significant stages of ensuring the effectiveness of educational work is its evaluation. The issue of evaluating the effectiveness of educational work is explained, as a rule, by the latent, delayed period of obtaining the results of educational work, by the polysubject nature of the education process. Big Data technologies have a huge potential in obtaining information about the results of education. They provide opportunities for more effective data analysis, making more informed decisions and improving the quality of educational work. The issue of working out methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of educational work in an educational organization using Big Data technologies requires special attention, as well as the problem of obtaining a variety of information from different subjects of educational relations, classification of the information received in the form necessary for Big Data technologies. The purpose of the study is to determine the list of information sources that allow obtaining information in the form necessary for working with big data about the effectiveness of educational work in an educational organization and the methods of obtaining information corresponding to them. The article justifies the need for the use of Big Data technologies in evaluating the effectiveness of educational work in an educational organization. The study resulted in identifying the methods of obtaining information that can be applied within the framework of Big Data technologies. The empirical data of the teachers’ questionnaire are presented in order to determine their readiness to use methods of obtaining information and to classify the information necessary to download documents into the MongoDB system. The theoretical significance of the article lies in the fact that the problem of evaluating the results of educational work with the use of Big Data technologies is considered. The practical significance of the study results lies in determining the list of information sources that allow obtaining information in the form necessary for working with big data about the effectiveness of educational work in an educational organization and the methods of obtaining information corresponding to them. The article will be useful for teachers and specialists dealing with issues of educational work and evaluation of its effectiveness.

The relevance of the chosen research topic is determined by the following reasons. Firstly, the need to improve educational processes is due to the constant transformations taking place in public life, which entail the emergence of new phenomena that affect the matter of human professional activity, which ultimately determines the need for the formation of appropriate skills and abilities. Secondly, the need to improve the methods and forms of educational process implementation is dictated by its own importance for human life. In other words, the development of society and the state actually pushes for the need to update various aspects of human existence, including the processes of obtaining new knowledge. The main purpose of this study is a comprehensive study of the content structure of the educational process in terms of teaching legal disciplines, fixing the main problems and developing measures to eliminate them based on theoretical material and empirical experience. The article analyzes the tenets of modern pedagogical and legal doctrine on the organization of the educational process in terms of teaching legal disciplines in organizations and institutions of higher education system. The provisions of normative legal sources regulating educational activities are studied, the author's opinions and approaches to the implementation of the educational process in terms of teaching legal disciplines are considered. The actual problems of theoretical and applied character are identified, and ways of solving them are presented, taking into account the requirements of these days. The results obtained in the course of this study have accumulated theoretical material and many years of practical experience of the author as their foundation. The theoretical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of their use in the course of further doctrinal works on the organization of the educational process in terms of teaching legal disciplines in educational organizations and institutions. The practical significance of the results of the research work lies in the possibility of using them during the development of teaching materials for legal disciplines.

The article analyzes the problem of vaping addiction among young people as a modern threat in educational organizations. Highlights the growing number of young people facing social and psychological problems, as well as the growing interest in vaping as a form of chemical addiction. The article is based on research demonstrating the spread of the vaping epidemic among teenagers and young people in Russia. The causes of vape addiction are analyzed, including the characteristics of nicotine and its consumption. The dangers of vaping have been highlighted, including the possible risk of nicotine overdose. The article concludes with a call for a deeper study of the problem and the development of effective measures to prevent and com-bat vaping addiction among young people.
