A retrospective analysis of “teaching staff” notion origin is presented. The authors reveal conditions determining understanding of pedagogical collective in modern Russian educational space. The problems associated with up-to-date understanding of the teaching staff are characterized.

Each person goes through an individual life path, which is associated with the interweaving of natural (natural development) and social (coexistence in a social environment) series.

This article examines the features of the development of moral feelings in children aged 5-6 years in the process of play activity. The relevance of the study is revealed. The definition and essence of moral feelings are considered. In order to study the level of formation of moral feelings in older preschoolers, a research work was carried out in MBDOU - Kindergarten "Uruyecheen" in the village of Allaga Suntarsky ulus (district). 10 children participated in the study. Pedagogical conditions for using the game as a means of developing moral feelings have been developed.
