The paper is dedicated to study Psychological Culture of “Faberlic” company’s Consultants; defines main ways of Consultant’s activity and the place of Psychological Culture in it; presents results of studying the Consultant’s Psychological culture.
In the present article describes the progress and results of the study of emotional stability of teachers for inclusive education, as well as data on a secondary diagnosis of the same sample after the psychological and educational program for managing emotional state.
The article is devoted to the issue of the manifestation of professional neuroses, emotional stability and burnout syndrome in medical workers. The analysis of the literature data on the chosen problem was carried out, the genesis of this phenomenon was studied, risk groups and factors were identified, the causes of this pathology in healthcare professionals, and the clinical manifestations of the burnout syndrome in medical professionals. It is concluded that emotional stability reduces the negative impact of strong emotional influences, prevents extreme stress, promotes the manifestation of readiness for action in stressful situations. According to the authors, due to emotional stability as a quality of personality in extreme conditions, the transition of the psyche to a new level of activity is ensured: such a restructuring of its motivational, regulatory and executive functions that allows you to maintain and further increase the efficiency of activity.

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of subjective perception of the balance between work and personal life, as well as determining its impact on labor potential and having a positive impact on qualitative and quantitative labor indicators. The research is based on the hypothesis that the proposed tips will improve the well-being of teachers, increase the efficiency of their work and the quality of work. The expected result was: memorization by teachers about their internal resources; development of skills for the prevention of chronic fatigue syndrome and emotional burnout by teachers; reduction of anxiety among teachers, stabilization of self-confidence.
