The article is devoted to the study of speech aggression in social networks. As part of the study, in order to identify the features of speech aggression expression, Internet comments were analyzed on the topic "Yakutia is famous all over the world for animal husbandry", posted on the forum "Who for...", which is part of the site "Forum. Ykt.Ru". A significant portion of online comments demonstrate verbal aggression. At this stage of the research, it can be concluded that various forms of speech aggression are generally inherent in polemical topics. Through the use of verbal aggression in comments to a particular event, forum users Express their attitude to what is happening and often characterize specific individuals.
