The article is devoted to the urgent problem of activating the socio-psychological adaptation of students to study at a university in accordance with the requirements that the new environment establishes; it examines various forms of adaptation: superficial and complete, creating the possibility of organizing successful joint activities. The article presents the special possibilities of improving the language competence of students as a way to activate the adaptation process and its main directions: improving communication skills, the ability to structure mental processes; assistance in integration into society in accordance with the requirements put forward by it.
The article deals with the operations of mental activity, ontogenesis of the development of forms of thinking, types of mathematical tasks for the formation of mental operations of primary school children with disabilities.
In the article, the medical and biological aspects of the correction of thinking in primary school children with mental retardation are considered as a basis for educational activities in general. Correctional work should be carried out in three areas: medical, correctional and pedagogical, psychological and pedagogical. An integrated approach to the formation of mental operations, taking into account its medical and biological mechanisms, is promising in correctional and pedagogical work.
The article is devoted to the research of the development of children, in particular, their mental and spiritual development. The age group of preschool and elementary school age children is considered on the example of English lessons.
