The concept of forming a rating assessment of the professional activity of cadets-military pilots is based on functional, modular, system-structural, personal-activity approaches. The expediency of using quantitative assessment methods to determine the quality of cadets, their ranking and stimulation of activities are confirmed by the results of experimental work.
