The paper deals with the actual problem of general and special education – application of modern information technologies in the educational process. The author describes the purpose of multimedia technologies in teaching biology and geography to students with mental retardation.
In the middle of our work there is a student, with his own unrepeatable world inside and our task is to sow the seed of knowledge, from which would be grown up something that will give profit for our society. So a man can self-fulfill himself in his life. And one of the education method is the project of researching work that can help to orientate him in an information stream and can create something new and bright.
The article considers the methods of psychologization of educational training of master students – future managers. It is noted that for the organization of this work at the university, the discipline «Psychology» is an adequate means, the content and teaching methods of which require reflection in connection with the specifics of the future professional activity of masters of management. Among the organizational components of this discipline, problematic and design technologies, the use of multimedia presentations are noted.
The article discusses the possibility of using multimedia technologies in the education of older preschool children in order to develop their mathematical skills. The effectiveness of using multimedia presentation in comparison with traditional teaching methods was analyzed and such advantages of multimedia presentation as the ability to visualize mathematical concepts, the use of sound effects and interactive elements, as well as accessibility and ease of use for children were presented. The article is of practical im-portance for teachers and parents who are interested in developing mathematical skills in children and are looking for new methods and approaches to learning.

The article reveals the relevance of the formation of ideas about musical instruments of a symphony orchestra in older preschool children. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and empirically verify the pedagogical conditions for the use of multimedia as a means of forming ideas among children aged 6-7 about musical instruments of a symphony orchestra. According to the results of the conducted pedagogical experiment, a positive dynamic of the level of formation of ideas among children aged 6-7 about musical instruments of the symphony orchestra was revealed.
