In the article the actual problem of the organization and implementation of psycho-pedagogical support of persons with disabilities, and the role therein of various kinds of specialists-participants in inclusive practices. Noted the importance and necessity of the implementation of the inclusive educational process by building a systematic and integrated cooperation of specialists of different levels and areas of activity, including parents, i.e. through the implementation and realization of "model of team interaction".

The paper deals with the actual problem of general and special education – application of modern information technologies in the educational process. The author describes the purpose of multimedia technologies in teaching biology and geography to students with mental retardation.

The article examines the impact of family education on the level of development of social and consumer orientation of children with Down syndrome. Draws attention to the need for joint efforts of families and schools in the formation at the "solar" children self-help skills.

The article considers the psychological, social and educational support – a special kind of help to the child that ensures its development in terms of the educational institution. Outlines key criteria and parameters of mental and personal health, underlying psychological support, the ultimate goal of which is a socio-psychological usefulness of a teenager with disabilities, adaptive personality.

Fiction is one of the most important means of harmonious development of personality. It is extremely extends human experience. The article considers the importance of this process, as the understanding of literary texts, teaching children, place this problem in the system of special psychology and pedagogy.
