The authors describe the structure of the innovative lesson within the pedagogical system of multilevel con-tinuous creative education, developed by M. M. Zinovkina. The system can be used for educating persons with disabilities, where the system is a mean of self-education and dialogue interaction of trainees and educational environment.

The article describes one of the approaches to the construction of a lesson of mathematics in order to strengthen its developmental effect. The authors suggest using a modified version of the structure of creative lesson (mono lesson) that is embedded in the system NFTM-TRIZ. The means to achieve the formation of universal educational actions chosen open tasks at different stages of the lesson of mathematics. The article also presents the development of mathematics lesson in the sixth grade on the topic “The divisibility of numbers”.
The article describes the experience of the application of TRIZ – pedagogics.. The advantages of its use in the educational process for learning and consolidation of educational material. Examples of open tasks and problems to be solved by the technology, «Yes-No». Outlines features educational content use brainstorming.
